Regarding the river access, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We completely understand your frustration with the ladder. The good news is that we have a welder on-site this week repairing the river ladder so it will once again provide a much easier and safer exit from the river. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we will be addressing the fridge, sink, and overall cleaning concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams right away. We also want to clarify that all linens are washed and changed between every guest. We ask guests not to strip the beds so our team can properly inspect each bed and handle linens according to our cleaning process. We appreciate your suggestion about towel bars and will take that into consideration.
