Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The location of this property was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The staff were responsive and friendly, which we really appreciated during our stay.There were, however, a few downsides that made the experience less comfortable than we hoped. The walls were paper thin, and we could clearly hear the people in the unit next to us talking, which made it difficult to fully relax or even sleep at times. When we arrived, it was still in the 40s outside and the room was freezing. The thermostat is locked, so we couldn’t turn the heat on ourselves to warm the room up, although there was a small space heater in the closet.The shower water temperature also seemed to be capped and never got hotter than lukewarm. Additionally, we were told that supplies would be restocked daily at the entrance of the building, but this didn’t happen once during the week we stayed.One smaller but noticeable issue was the bed duvet, it was very loud and crinkly, and we would wake up whenever either of us moved.Overall, the space itself was nice, clean, and the location and service were great, but there are definitely several areas that could use improvement to make the stay more comfortable.
