Both bedrooms offer king beds, ensuite full bathrooms, Smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades for sleeping in after late nights exploring downtown Cabo. The primary bedroom opens directly onto the private patio through a sliding glass door, creating a second entrance and giving everyone extra privacy. The second bedroom is spacious with ample storage for longer stays.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area fills with natural light and features colorful Mexican décor and artwork, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV with satellite service for movie nights. The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
