LOW FLOOR! Sunrise View! ~ HOTEL on the BEACH! Full Kitchen

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Staff was great & helpful , had mold on bathroom walls that they cleaned very quickly , refrig was so cold it froze all of our fruit & veggie on first trip to market , sofa & chair very uncomfortable to sit , had to run noisy dehumidifier most of time ! View of ocean was great !

Great location for food and beach access. Parasailing, jet-skis and banana boat rentals steps from the condo. The bunk beds are sized for younger children-and for a unit that can sleep 6, the only comfortable sitting area was one couch.

I got this condo for me and my mom for a little getaway and it was everything we needed and more! Perfect size room with pretty much everything you need. We did not drive anywhere, everything we needed was within walking distance. We stayed on the beach all of our days and spent afternoons in the pool and hanging o a the balcony. I will definitely be booking this spot again!

Clean and location great

Clean and acceptable. Little more than a hotel room but less than a condo. Location good for the volleyball event we were attending. Sleeping 6 is a stretch. Pull out bed uncomfortable and if you are over 5 ft then the bunk beds are tiny.Check in and front desk people were very friendly and accommodating.Over all, great for the 3 of us and location was great.

Good location

Condo style hotel. I have 4 kids and they fit in the bunk beds easy. Really nice location right on the beach. We could see the beach from the balcony as well. Right in the middle of everything.

girls week at the beach

Great to be able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping close by. Beach was very clean and full of families. The room and grounds were very clean. Loved that the security was always present and walking the grounds all day and night. People in office were very nice and helpful. Once it got dark, we didn't feel safe walking around. Made sure we were back to the room by dark each night which is a bummer when on vacation. There was a shooting in front of the Hangout which is next door. Tons of police presence all week.

Great Location

Our room was clean and looked just as the picture showed. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to several resteraunts and the view from the living room was amazing! The king bed was very comfortable. However, the bunk beds were very small. My 13 year old granddaughter could not sleep comfortably on them. The bed that is in the couch was also very uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping on the couch. I would not recommend this suite for more than 2 adults or with older children. Also, the services were not great. Housekeeping came and took our dirty towels and washcloths, but did not replace them. We had to go ask for more. They also did not make sure we had extra toilet paper. We had to ask for that as well. Overall, we had a great weekend and would consider this location again if it were only my husband and myself staying in the suite.

Beautiful beach view from balcony

The location was convenient, clean & offered great views. Check in time was changed to 5 pm, checkout was 10 am. Too late & too early. Other than that, everything was great!
