Von dem Moment an, in dem Sie eintreten, werden Sie von der gemütlichen Hüttenatmosphäre von Bear Necessities begeistert sein. Umgeben von Wäldern haben Sie das Gefühl, von allem abgeschieden zu sein, und in Wirklichkeit sind Sie nur wenige Minuten von Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg entfernt - eine wunderschöne Fahrt, die im Herbst fantastisch sein wird!

Bear Necessities wurde gerade komplett mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten renoviert. Es ist eine Kabine mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern für 9 Personen. Es gibt auch einen zusätzlichen Raum mit Tischfußball und Futon. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Ein Badezimmer verfügt über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne. Die Veranda und das Geländer wurden komplett überarbeitet, damit Sie nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag als Tourist in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg oder beim Wandern in einem nahe gelegenen National Forest sicher und angenehm sitzen und entspannen können. Auf der Veranda gibt es einen Picknicktisch sowie einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle.

Während Sie am großen, rustikalen Blocktisch speisen, werden Sie von der umliegenden Aussicht begeistert sein, die die Fenster von Wand zu Wand mit Blick auf den Wald bieten.

Wählen Sie eines der 4 Themenzimmer zum Schlafen. Unten: Die Hibernation Station (das Hauptschlafzimmer) verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Fernseher und ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken (eines für ihn, eines für sie). Der Stall (Etagenbettzimmer) bietet Platz für 2 Personen und verfügt über eine eingebaute Kommode unter dem Bett sowie Schubladen in den Stufen, in denen Sie Ihre Kleidung unterbringen können, um zusätzlichen Platz im Zimmer zu schaffen. Obergeschoss: Die Bärenhöhle hat ein großes Bett mit einem Ausziehbett darunter, um ein Kind und einen Fernseher zu schlafen. Die Wildnis hat ein Doppelbett. Zwischen den 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich ein großes Badezimmer. Unten: The Great Outdoors (Futon Room) hat einen Kickertisch.

Our stay in Gulf Shores was awesome and this condo was absolutely fantastic. We cannot wait to visit again and enjoy this little gem! The condo had ALL the amenities we needed and more! The room worked great for our family. Island Winds has one of the best locations in GS. It is so convenient. Great view of the beach and access is so easy. We visited in early may so ocean temps were a little cold but the pool was nice and warm. Communication with Kathryn was very clear and she responded to questions promptly.

We absolutely love this unit and working with Kathryn. This is our second stay in this property and it never disappoints. Clean and close to everything and so kind in communication. The unit has everything needed and more... especially for the beach! Short (really short) walk to volleyball courts and restaurants. But not in the loud or crowded part of the beach. Fantastic Property with Amazing Location

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location can’t be beat! It’s on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, comfortable beds, great balcony overlooking the ocean. This house was nestled in to the hills of Sevierville. Our family had such an amazing time cooking and spending time together here. It was the perfect distance from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thank you so much for all the amenities that you had for us to use. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location. Perfect space. Ideal host. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for same time next year. Kathryn was great helping us check-in, communicating while we were there and even checking on how our DD's volleyball went. Fantastic View!

We loved this place! The drive up and down the mountain is a bit scary, but it's worth the drive when you take in the fantastic views! Be sure to go during a time when the roads aren't frozen, though. Nothing beats sitting in the hot tub, staring at the mountains all day. The couches and fireplace add a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place, if they keep the price reasonable.

Great cabin with a Stunning View!

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-November. The cabin was exactly as stated. Clean, cozy, very well maintained, with all the needed amenities. The view was really stunning, both day and night. The hot tub was well maintained, and great for viewing the lights of Pigeon Forge in the evening. Coordination for arrival and departure worked great. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

Amazing Cabin, Amazing Views, Amazing Location

Everything about this cabin was better than expected. Having stayed in numerous cabins in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville/Townsend area, this one is BY FAR the best. Everything from the cabin's architecture to the newly renovated amenities were perfect and to be honest, the pictures of the views from the deck don't do it justice. Waking up in the loft from the sun shining through the huge, beautiful windows was a great way to start each day.

A sunrise lovers dream!!!!

We were celebrating our anniversary and like to rent cabins with great views and secluded...., The Vieux was perfect. Great views and quiet. The cabin was very clean and decorated perfectly. The Tanner's are great owners and easy to work with. We stay in the mountains anywhere from 2-6 times a year, with very few times wanting to stay in a cabin again. The VIEUX is one that we will come back to.

Great location. Cabin was clean and cute. Owner was easy to get in touch with. However the water had a very strong sulfur smell. We cut our trip short because of it. I would not stay here again.

Dear Marsha, We had our A/C repairman up at the cabin while you were there and immediately after you left and he smelled the water both times and said that there was a little bit of a sulfur smell to it, but it is well water so that happens at times. He said that the smell was definitely not bad enough to make someone leave. Kathryn & Wendell

Wendell & Kathryn are from Slidell, Louisiana (about 2.5 hours away) and have remodeled/renovated 14 cabins in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We decided that it was time to try our hand at remodeling/renovating a condo on the beach so we can enjoy vacation time closer to home and share that with our guests.

This condo has been fully renovated complete with a full size, custom made, walk-in shower. This model is the biggest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit in the building giving you plenty of space to enjoy staying for just a night or for an entire month.
