We had a great time during our stay, but I do feel the property could use a few upgrades. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, and after a week, it felt like we had been sleeping on a rock. The listing also describes the kitchen as fully equipped, but there was only about one pot and two pans. We never found a blender, although there were plenty of knives, utensils, plates, cups, and they had an air-fryer & ice maker. We were also disappointed that we did not have access to the garage because we had planned to park our vehicle inside. There were quite a few water bugs/roaches as well. We understand that the home is close to the water, but there was a strong chemical smell when we first arrived, as though the property had recently been sprayed. The master bedroom was definitely the nicest room in the house. It was spacious and appeared to be the most recently updated. Our family really enjoyed the pool and patio area, especially the hanging bed swing, where we spent most of our time. Some of the patio furniture was beginning to fall apart and could use replacing. The location was one of the best parts of the stay. Being only about a three-minute walk from the beach was incredibly convenient. The host was also excellent and responded very quickly whenever we reached out.Overall, the home was nice, but you are mainly paying for the pool, patio area, and easy beach access. With a few upgrades we would book again.
