Its great terrace is the “Wow” of the property. AVEIROS by THE SEA is a spacious ONE BEDROOM (double bed) and perfect for guests who love privacy and tranquility. Its cozy living space has everything to make you feel at home, WIFI, TV and air conditioning. The adorable and small kitchen has everything you need; hob, oven, expresso coffee machine, washing machine. Great place for a couple with 2 children or 3 adults. It’s time to sit back and enjoy this amazing property.


In order to offer an excellent service and being a private property management company, all our check-ins are in person from 4 pm to 12 pm.

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a cost of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 11:00pm has a cost of 25 euros. After 11:00 p.m. this service costs 50 euros

Upon request, we can provide a crib: 20 euros/uni/stay and baby chair: 10 euros/uni/stay.

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like in hotels. In order to offer our guests an excellent service, services that are not included and considered as additional will cost between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Trips to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Equipment repairs and maintenance (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

From December to February (inclusive) medium and long-term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available. Guests must pay €80 in cash upon arrival to pay for final cleaning.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.
