This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We loved being right on the Intracoastal while still being just a short walk from the beach. And it was nice to be able to walk to Tower 7 and the Workshop. There was plenty of space for five people and our dog, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The location was peaceful and quiet, which made for a really relaxing stay. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The inside of the property and deck was very good, and having dedicated parking was great. Views of the water were also very good - we even saw a dolphin at one point. Location was excellent - short walk to the beach and the town.The disappointing part was the dock - there was construction ongoing which we were not informed about until 2 hours before check-in. The construction seemed to be redoing the retaining wall which made access to the dock difficult at best, dangerous at worst.We did receive some compensation in lieu of the dock access but would recommend you check with the property management company to avoid unpleasant surprises.

For years, we have frequently vacationed on the beach in Wrightsville. This year we chose to be here, on the ICW, not beachfront. The view and serenity of being on the ICW is incredible. The beach was an easy two minute (or less) walk, and when we left the beach we had the ICW and a dock waiting for us. Nights on the deck watching the sunset and boats pass, was second to none! Fishing and swimming from the pier at our back door was an unexpected game changer and bonus!The views, the dock, neighbors, AC, and washer and dryer were all fabulous! We cannot wait to return!The primary bath was nicely remodeled, the primary bed was a little tight (queen bed) and the mattress was "okay" but I would not hesitate to return or recommend this place to others. The other bedrooms and the shared bath were nicely remodeled/appointed too, it worked great for our family! The kitchen had plenty of space, a new oven/stove, dishwasher, and tons of storage. If you are usually an ocean front person, I bet you too will be swayed by this place and location! Quick walk to the beach and when you return, you have a backyard paradise waiting for you. Heck, most days we elected to just stay "home", it had all we wanted and needed. Thank you for a great experience.

Started off a bit rocky with someUnforeseen construction to the parking lot but property management was very responsive and accommodating even though we were a very late check in. Property was beautiful with several nice little packets left throughout the property. Definitely would go back!!
