Sorry there wasn’t a TV in the other living space — we’ll review options to add one or provide an alternative. Apologies for the noise from other residents and the gate; we’ve raised this with building management to investigate quieter gate operation and to remind residents about quiet hours. The layout clearly didn’t match what you expected, and we will update the listing to make the sleeping and lounge arrangements (including the pull-down sofa and absence of a TV in that room) much clearer. I'm sorry the second bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. We will inspect that mattress and arrange for repair, replacement, or a topper as needed to prevent this happening again. We also apologize for the noise from the pub across the street and that this wasn’t disclosed. We will add a clear note in the listing about its presence and typical live-music hours so future guests can make an informed choice. Thank you for noting the main bedroom was comfortable.
