- Maximum Occupancy: Pricing includes up to 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.
- No Parties or Excessive Noise: Strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful residential environment.
- Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not suitable for this property.
- Guest Registration: All guests must be accounted for via the online registration and the main guest must provide photo ID prior to arrival.
- Firepit: Guests will be provided with a starter pack of firewood, kindling, and firelighters for the first 1–2 nights. If additional wood is required, we recommend purchasing from a local supplier or bringing your own.
