If you are intending to party, please do not book this house. Our neighbours won't tolerate it and you wonât be able to enjoy yourself in the way you plan.

IDEAL FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES
Our lakeside retreat is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. The floorplan is tailor-made for multiple families, providing separate living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure privacy while fostering a sense of togetherness. It's the perfect place to create lasting memories with loved ones.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Our expansive property boasts five comfortable bedrooms and clean and modern bathrooms. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
LIVING SPACES
Two spacious living areas await you, providing plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The main living room offers stunning lake views through large windows, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty of Lake Macquarie while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace during cooler evenings. The second living space offers a more intimate setting, perfect for quiet conversations or a movie night.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Our fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area features a large dining table, perfect for gathering everyone together for memorable meals.
OUTDOOR OASIS
Step outside to discover our outdoor oasis. A spacious deck with BBQ overlooking the lake is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet drink while watching the sunset. The expansive lawn provides space for outdoor games, picnics, or simply basking in the sun.
WATERFRONT ACTIVITES
Our lakefront property offers direct access to the water. Spend your days kayaking, SUPing, fishing, or simply lounging by the water's edge. A private jetty is available for those who wish to bring their watercraft - please advise on enquiry.

QUIET HOURS
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. This means moving inside and closing doors and windows.
NOISE
We define 'noise' as any sound that disturbs the peace and quiet of our neighboring properties. We kindly request that you refrain from causing disturbances at any time, 24/7.
This policy aligns with the Code of Conduct for the Short Term Rental Accommodation Industry, Section 2.5.2 which you are bound by. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
CCTV
To maintain the security of our lakeside retreat, we have installed security cameras on the property. Please rest assured that your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and the cameras do not capture audio or monitor any indoor spaces. If these cameras are covered we can terminate your stay immediately.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
Please ensure that the number of guests on-site matches the booking and payment information provided. If there are found to be discrepancies between the number of guests on site and the booking information we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately.
BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY
The person making the booking must be present during the stay and must take responsibility for the behavior of all guests.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The access codes to gain entry to the premises will be made available the day before check-in.
Our usual check-in time is 2pm but we may be able to offer you an early check-in upon request.
Check out is 10am. We may be able to offer a 4pm check out for a fee of $100. This must be requested and paid for prior to check in.
FAMILY FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION
Our lakeside retreat is thoughtfully designed with families in mind.
Our minimalist decor minimises the risk of decorative items being accidentally damaged by little explorers.
We provide a range of child-friendly amenities, including a cot, a high chair and a selection of children's plates, cups, and cutlery.
There are two sets of stairs which unfortunately cannot be gated. Please be assured that access to the lake can be easily controlled using external gates and by locking the doors to the decks. Additionally, the backyard is secure, with measures in place to ensure your children's safety. However, there is an unfenced raised deck in the area.
DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for all damages to the premises or, loss of or damage to any items in the premises. Please notify us immediately should any breakages, damage or loss occur during your stay
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking anywhere on the property is not permitted. If this occurs, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
WATERCRAFT
There is one SUP and one single kayak available for guest use. Watercraft are used at guests' own risk. Please rinse watercraft after use.
RUBBISH
At the end of your stay, please place all rubbish in the wheelie bins provided. The Red Bin is for general rubbish. The Yellow Bin is for mixed recycling. Any excess rubbish left on the property needs to be taken with you or a rubbish removal fee will be charged.
FIRE
Guests must provide their own firewood and be confident to safely light and maintain the fire.
PROVISIONS
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and professionally laundered.
The coffee machine takes âEspressatoriaâ pods and guests need to bring their own.
Toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper are provided.

The owner accepts no responsibility for personal property left on the premises.
