Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.

Pool: The use of the pool is strictly upon own risk and children need to be supervised by adults at all times.

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. People are friendly and welcoming. We love living in Gwandalan, a hidden gem on Lake Macquarie and we would to share this experience with our guests.
Getting around is best on foot or using a bike. If you're into boating, why not use a boat! our house is ~150m from the lake and a few more meters from the Gwandalan boat ramp. Why not come with your boat? 😊
