Located in Wellfleet's very desirable town center on the bayside, this darling cottage is less than a half mile to the harbor. Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished, this two-story Cape Cod cottage sleeps six.

Enter a bright and open living room with comfortable seating and large flat screen smart TV*. One of the sofas is a pullout providing additional sleeping space.

A slider from the living room leads to a wonderful screened-in porch. The porch also has comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV. You may not want to leave this bug-free spot with its beautiful harbor views and Cape Cod breezes.

At the front of the cottage beyond the living room is a dining area with large table and bench seating. Around the corner is the nicely equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip and Keurig coffeemakers and air fryer.

A staircase at the middle of the cottage leads to the second floor. Off the vaulted hallway with skylight are the two bedrooms and bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling and large window with amazing views of Wellfleet Harbor. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with twin top and double bottom, a flat screen smart TV and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

Air conditioning: There are three ductless split unit air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

Washer and dryer in room in the unfinished basement accessed by an exterior stairway.

In front of the screened-in porch is an amazing deck looking out over the lawn and towards Wellfleet Harbor. Gorgeous harbor views and sunsets. The deck is nicely furnished with a dining table, lounge chairs, fire table, double lounge chaise, umbrella and gas grill.

An oversized enclosed outdoor shower is below the deck along with three rocking chairs overlooking the lawn. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler for tenant use.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
