With its north aspect and perched above a beautiful vast valley Riverbend Ranch is a true gem where you and your family can holiday in this large luxury country home. You’ll enjoy stunning views overlooking approximately 400 picturesque acres of beautiful sweeping vistas with horses, sheep, and cattle grazing in the distance.
Beyond this peaceful view are the tree filled mountains of Tamborine National Park in the Scenic Rim. All this can be seen from the large kitchen window, both living rooms, the master bedroom, and the large, covered decks on the north side of the home.
Enjoy an abundance of activities as you experience the country lifestyle in this beautiful luxury home that is perched on 5.5 acres which backs directly onto the Albert River. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around and explore. There is a fenced in dam and a magnesium pool as well.
This incredible property is very quiet as it sits at the end of a cul-de-sac opposite a koala reserve and rests between neighboring horse properties. In fact, you are welcome to bring your horses with you to this property as there are multiple paddocks available and a 20m x 30m sand arena!
In the morning you can watch the sunrise over the mountains from inside the home or out on the covered decks. During the day you can enjoy relaxing on the large decks while the kids swim in the pool. Then have a barbeque and afterwards cook s’mores while sitting around the large fire pit and gaze at an abundance of stars in the dark night sky.

• Bedroom 1 - King bed with walk in closet
• Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and closet with built ins

• Second Living Room – 1 day bed & 1 trundle bed

• 3 large screen TV’s (1 in each living room + 1 outside on covered deck)
• Large well-appointed kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher
• Indoor fireplace situated in the lounge room
• Large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing
• Airconditioning/heating
• Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and both living rooms
• 3-meter-high ceilings throughout
• Indoor and Outdoor dining tables
• Large decks with high verandahs

Other things to note:
The 2nd fireplace in the second living room will be unavailable for guest use. This is for safety reasons as that living room is carpeted. However, the primary living room fireplace is available and both rooms also have electric heat.
We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.
Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
This property has a dam onsite. Please ensure any children who are staying are monitored closely around the dam.
The sheds on the property will be locked and not available for use during your stay.
