Farmstay, Scenic Rim Region - For your Family and friends.

Overview:
Relax, rejuvinate and catch up with family and friends at Farm Stay - The Bluff. A working Santa Gertrudis cattle farm that resides upon 50 acres of undulating lands within the Cainbable Valley of South East Queensland's noted Scenic Rim Region.
The view down the valleys and to the ranges from Farmstay The Bluff is beautiful, especially during the light changes of morning and dusk. The area is predominantly cattle and horse country, with rolling green pastures and tree covered mountain slopes.
The area can be so quiet you hear nothing but stillness, otherwise the sounds of birds and the mooing of cows is the predominant noise you'll hear.
All of the 50 acre property can be accessed by our guests, however it is a working farm so we may be on-site at times.
What You Are Booking:
The guests are booking the entire house and it's fully enclosed large yard, however the bedrooms are allocated depending upon the booking configuration.
The base price is for 2 persons, for every person above 2 there is a charge of $60 per day per person.
In addition there are once off pet fee, linen and cleaning fees.

The Farmhouse:
The central part of the house, the under roof alfresco enclosure, (with ceiling heaters & wall fans) is well appointed with an 8 burner BBQ, sink, 8 person dining table, lounge and TV.
The space is fantastic to:

* WatchTV, our Netflix or log onto your favourite sporting site
* Entertain family and friends
The main kitchen, dining, and lounge are open plan, offering a well appointed kitchen, walk in pantry, and a Nescafe coffee unit and tea bench.
All four bedrooms are well appointed and the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.The two bathrooms are modern, clean and well appointed with good sized showers with massage and rain head functions.
Each bathroom comes equipt with a hand held hair dryer for your convenience.
The house has a modern and clean laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer combo.
* Washing detergent is supplied for your convenience.
The Bluff:
We have an amazing space on our property, which is, The Bluff, which is accessed by walking across the farm paddock and then walking along the track which is kept well maintained.
There are two lookouts amongst the trees and at the cliffs areas where one can sit and listen to nature and just relax and watch the world go by.
It's truly a magical area where one can tune out from the world.
The Firepit:
We also have an amazing external firepit, with seating, lighting, a safety cover over the fire pit and with wood supplied. It's the place where family and friends congregate at the end of the evening to catch up, chat and share stories.
Safety Note:
We ask that guests stay away from our machinery shed and farming implements, which can be dangerous due to sharp edges, heavy in weight and equipment which is often under hydraulic pressure.
Do not take your dogs outside the fence paddock unless they are on a lead.
