The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place between Brisbane and Gold Coast. 4 spacious bedrooms, 6 beds and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, master with ensuite, common bathroom with separate toilet, double lock up garage, full laundry with dryer and washing machine, patio with outdoor table and chairs.
No events or parties allowed , Smoking allowed only outside of house
Respect our elderly neighbours by reducing noise.(No noise after 9pm in weekdays or weekends )

Please try to place the used dishes in the dishwasher and start program using the provided detergent tablets.


Please leave the bins out at the kerb on Monday night. Collection is on Tuesday morning
