- Utility and motorcycle trailers are only allowed to be parked on the property from September through the end of May. No utility trailers or motorcycle trailers from June through August
- Boats cannot be parked or docked overnight at the community dock. Boat slips and boat parking spaces can be rented next door at Marlin Quay Marina
- The community pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
