This property is located above a bar that is open until 4am and the noise from the outdoor seating gets into the unit. In addition the unit is across the street from a bar that turns into a club with out door space on Friday and Saturday - the bass and music is very noxious in the unit. The garbage trucks come by every morning around 4am and are also loud. The advert had very strict rules about noise from inside the unit yet the noise from outside is at very high levels. It is not a good place if you want to sleep through the night. The dryer did not function properly and the light by the closet was out. The parking spot is 7'5" feet wide and the neighboring car is on the line so opening your car door is not possible. Management was responsive at first, then stopped responding after a few days.

The guest arrived late at night and provided vehicle details only upon check-in. At that time, it became clear the vehicle, a large pickup truck, did not comply with the property’s clearly stated parking restrictions outlined in the listing, house rules, and guest guidebook.
We promptly communicated the parking requirements and attempted to assist in finding a workable solution to avoid any issues such as obstruction, fines, or towing. However, the vehicle was later reported as being parked in a way that partially blocked garage access, creating operational concerns. We followed up to resolve the matter, but communication became increasingly difficult, including a tense phone exchange that made coordination challenging.
Regarding concerns about external noise (nearby bars, street activity, and early morning city services), these are part of the surrounding urban environment and are outside of our control, as disclosed in the listing context.
Other issues mentioned were not reported during the stay, which limited our ability to address them in real time, and our pre-check-in inspection did not indicate any such concerns.
Overall, while we made efforts to assist and provide guidance, the stay was impacted by non-compliance with parking rules, communication challenges, and external environmental factors beyond our control.
