Inside the main house, the warm country cottage decor creates an inviting atmosphere designed for comfort and ease. The primary bedroom on the main level features a plush queen bed, a cozy seating area, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a sleek, modern vanity. Downstairs, a spacious second bedroom doubles as a private suite, offering both a king and queen bed, a leather sofa for lounging, a small dining/game table, and direct access to the carport. A bright and airy full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs in the detached casita, which sits just across the carport from the main house. This cozy suite features a queen-sized bed, a plush chair with ottoman, a streaming TV, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with an electric range and oven, refrigerator, and sink. It offers a private retreat with an exterior entrance, perfect for guests seeking a little extra privacy.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs in the second level of the detached casita, accessed from the upper deck just across from the main house. This charming space includes a twin bed and a twin futon, a dedicated workspace, streaming TV, and a cheerful attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, shiplap walls, and a fun wallpaper accent that adds a whimsical touch.

At the heart of the main house is a well-appointed kitchen featuring an electric oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. Just off the kitchen, the dining room and living space stretch across one open area—perfect for gathering over meals, sharing stories, or settling into a movie night. Relax in the plush leather seating, turn on the streaming TV or electric fireplace, and let the evening drift by.

Step outside onto the upper deck, where the heart of outdoor relaxation awaits. Best of all, guests at The Coop have access to the community pool located just 100 yards from the home—an easy walk and a great way to cool off on warm Texas days.

*Note: Community pool access is seasonal and opens for the season in May and closes in October. During this time, it's open from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. The pool is closed every Monday for cleaning and maintenance, except on holidays.

Please note: Canyon Lake is a reservoir, and water levels can fluctuate based on area rainfall. Guests planning water-based activities such as boating, swimming, or fishing are encouraged to verify current lake conditions and boat ramp availability prior to booking.
