The property also contains a small self-contained studio which may be occupied during your stay. The studio is in a completely separate dwelling which is totally private and angled away from the main house. The driveway is the only shared space, the pool is exclusively for your use. For the privacy of our studio occupant(s) we only ask you not to walk in front of their rear deck, and to keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm.

We have unlimited fast broadband, but as Byron Bay is a regional town without city infrastructure, there can be issues from time to time. If you are traveling for business, or need to work during your stay, we recommend bringing your own internet.
