The Space:
Our spacious apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail.

- Dog park [located on the 4th floor]

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.

Major employers like P&G, Western & Southern, and Great American Insurance are just moments awayâmaking your daily commute quick and easy. When the workday wraps, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's best: take a stroll to Fountain Square, browse local boutiques, or catch a Reds game at Great American Ball Parkâall just a short walk from your front door.
Getting Around:
A car isnât necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking, parties
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)
$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
Two towels per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]
Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
