Our 2,100 sq ft home with an additional 1,700 sq. ft. of screened outdoor living space sits on close to a half acre of manicured greenspace with a view of a peaceful fresh water canal. You'll spend every waking moment outdoors enjoying our oversized 15'x30' pool, Eight person hot tub, Seven foot pool table, private fishing dock, 2 outdoor sectionals, outdoor TV, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining table for 8. You'll also enjoy our competition dart board and abundant board games and puzzles. Our property is like a private nature sanctuary and you'll spot plenty of wildlife including cranes, herons and the occasional deer walking across the lawn at dusk.

The layout in the house features a gorgeous, well stocked kitchen, a master bedroom suite with ensuite bath and private access to the lanai, three additional bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. With three king beds and two double beds, this home is perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway. Each bedroom has a 55" or 60" Smart TV, Eurofoam mattress, hotel style pillows and ceiling fan. We also have hi-speed internet for your use and a Pack-n-Play playpen.

The family room features an oversized sofa pit, electric fireplace and 85" Smart TV with lots of room for everyone to relax and watch a movie. Our bonus area includes a desk with an ergonomic office chair for checking your emails before you head back outside. Seniors: you'll appreciate that our home has no steps, and includes grab bars in the showers and a shower chair is available if you need one.

Our kitchen and breakfast area (with seating for 6) is well stocked with everything you can imagine from an air fryer to an ice bucket to a charcuterie board. There's also a generous supply of the practical things you'd expect: pots, pans, skillets, cutting knives, dish towels, measuring cups, mixing bowls, indoor and outdoor dishware, blender, mix master and food storage. There's also a laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer for your use.

When you head out to the beach, feel free to use our beach supplies: 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, oversized beach blanket, cooler on wheels and a beach cart with oversized wheels that roll through the sand.

With plenty to explore in Palm Coast from beaches to bike paths to pickleball, you'll be glad to be centrally located. We're situated just 5 minutes from the I95 and a short drive to all of Palm Coast's best restaurants and attractions. We're also close enough for a day trip to Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway and historic St. Augustine.
