Your open-concept Suite on Country Lane features a full, modern kitchen.  Relax in the great room on a custom leather couch, or curl up by the fire in the cozy book nook.  Master bedroom has 1 queen size bed (1 set of laundered sheets, comforter, pillows), 2 night tables, 2 large dressers, custom Ottomon and walk-in closet.  Second bedroom is a flex space with dedicated office, closet and book nook w/sleeper chair that pulls out into a twin bed (1 set of laundered sheets, comforter, pillow).  Washroom features a vanity with quartz countertop, walk-in glass shower w/curb, pebble shower pan, rain showerhead w/wand, full-length mirror, bath robe hook and laundry hamper.  
Located conveniently in South Barrie, proximal to GO Station, Yonge Street, Hwy 400, shopping, restaurants and downtown night life/concerts. My neighbourhood is quiet and mature, close to amenities, minutes from downtown Barrie and Lake Simcoe waterfront, and is located centrally (access to Yonge Street and Hwy 400).  Barrie is about an hour north of Toronto.  The Barrie area is beautiful in the fall with vivid changing colours, including along the trails that wrap the Lake Simcoe shoreline.

The property is in a quiet, mature neighbourhood and provides a peaceful, executive and chic "home" atmosphere.  The suite is new, spacious and designed aspirationally with high-end finishes, thoughtful amenities and attention to detail.  The house backs onto Lovers Creek conservation land with a pond and forest w/walking trail.  The suite and property are exceptionally clean.
