The Reserve
Located just minutes away from the beach, and included in your reservation is private beach access! At the clubhouse, you'll find a kid-friendly pool, a communal hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. Overnight boat and trailer parking is available at the entrance of the gated subdivision.

Main Level
The main gathering area on the main level is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and connection. Enjoy meals together in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes all the essentials for preparing and serving meals for a group. The spacious living room features a fireplace, large windows with lake views, and a large Smart TV. Step onto the deck for additional seating, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill.

The master suite offers privacy and comfort, with a king-sized bed, ample natural light, and stunning views. You won't have to search far for fresh air and Bear Lake views because there is a private balcony attached. The en-suite bathroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower, double vanity and clawfoot bathtub.

Also on this level is a bedroom with a king bed. Connected to this bedroom is a jack-and-jill bathroom which includes a large shower and double vanity. The bedroom on the flip side of this bathroom has a queen bed and adorable reading nook.

There is an additional half-bath on this level connected to a fully-functional laundry room.

Upstairs
Head up the winding staircase to find a fun loft with a TV and beanbags. The perfect hang-out spot for kids and teens!

Downstairs
The lower level is built for entertainment! The large gathering space features a Smart TV, wet bar, dining table, fireplace, and comfortable seating. Imagine it; playing games, holding a family talent show, watching the big game, or taking a nap after swimming at the pool. Memories are meant to be made here!

This level also includes three bedrooms—bedroom one with a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom, bedroom two with a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom (this bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway), and bedroom three with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom (shower but no tub).

And there is plenty appeal in the basement for the cousin crew; a fun bunk area with two triple twin bunks and a nugget couch for endless fun! There is no door on this room.

The Property
As if the recreation at the lake and clubhouse isn't enough, there are hours of fun to be had in the recreation room! The garage has been converted to accomodate a golf simulator and ping pong table with seating to spectate! Additional card and board games are available.

Guests do not have access to park in the garage. Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available in the driveway, with space for boat or trailer parking.

For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended. Roads and the driveway are plowed after snowfall, but driving conditions can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly.

Accessibility
Wheelchair ramp is available in the garage, doorways are wide, and there are roll-in showers available for disabled or elderly guests. Multi-level home, 2 exterior stairs for access, 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms on 1st floor. This multi-level home requires 2 steps to enter. While there are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the main floor, stairs are required to reach the bedrooms on the lower level. An additional spiral staircase is required to access the lofted living space.
