Brand New 2019 6 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer Luxus-Haus in The Reserve am Bear Lake, einer renommierten Wohnanlage in Fish Haven. Das The Reserve bietet unter anderem: ein Clubhaus, ein Spielzimmer, Basketball-, Pickleball- / Tennisplätze, Doppelpools, einen Whirlpool, ein Fitnessstudio und einen Konferenzraum, die alle kostenlos sind. Ebenfalls enthalten ist der Zugang zu einem Teil des Privatstrandes am Bear Lake. Die Unterkunft bietet direkten Zugang von zu Hause zu Schneemobil- und ATV-Strecken. Das nahe gelegene Beaver Mountain Ski Resort bietet erstklassiges Skifahren. Das Haus verfügt über geräumige Fenster mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf den Bear Lake. Die makellose Lage ist atemberaubend.

Our host was so helpful and very prompt with all questions and concerns. The house is beautiful and very organized. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and views are fantastic. We had planned on taking the littles skiing, but the resort was still closed due to lack of snow. We still managed to keep them entertained and a good time was had by all. We had a large group. The kitchen was nice to work in and the grill and blackstone on the deck were so handy. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Family Gathering Place

Loved the dining tables, used them for board games after meals. The deck is a wonderful relaxing spot for visiting and good views of the lake. We used the firepit on the deck in the mornings. The back lawn was level and green and good for outdoor games. There were plenty of sleeping spots, and our young adults loved the downstairs tv and long, long sofa for group video game playing.

Wonderful stay for our family reunion

4.5 stars. We enjoyed this house for our family of 10 adults and 15 children, especially the deck with fire table where we roasted marshmallows, ample seating for our group in the dining area, a small grassed area in the back for badminton and volleyball, and having beach towels available for use at the beach and pools. Kitchen was well stocked for dishes and needed equipment including an extra fridge in the garage, a large capacity dishwasher, and the Blackstone was a great size for us. Great view of the lake and walkable distance to the Reserve pools was an added plus. Be sure to bring your own shampoos, conditioners and lotion for your group.

Perfect Location!

The view from this cabin is unmatched! We had a wonderful week with room for everyone to sleep and eat and have a good time. Beach towels were a great perk! The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed.If I had any criticism it would be the lack of a pantry in the kitchen. I would love to see the mudroom space turned into a small pantry as we just never used that space but really needed a pantry. Just a thought ;) Not a deal breaker though. We would come back for sure!

Very beautiful, clean and spacious

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Loved that we could all eat in the same room. The upstairs deck became the favorite place to sit and visit. So much attention paid to details that made our stay easier. The host was so friendly and helpful. We would love to come stay at the particular house again

There are plenty of bedrooms, often with en-suite bathrooms, which is a lifesaver when everyone is trying to get ready at once. The common areas are large, with a nice sized living room, multiple dining tables, and a large outdoor patio, so you never feel cramped.Kitchen is well suited: The kitchen is equipped for a crowd. With an oven, multiple refrigerators, and a dishwasher, cooking for a big group is a breeze. The large island and ample counter space make meal prep a collaborative and social activity.Entertainment for All: The house has built-in entertainment options that are perfect for all ages. A private pool, hot tub, and a game room with a ping pong table or basketball are common features that keep everyone entertained without having to leave the property.

Family reunion in Bear Lake

We had 23 people from ages 2 years old to 70. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool at the club house and liked the close proximity to the North Shore at Bear Lake. We played games in the yard also. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

House was perfect for our family! Great amenities, including waffle irons, cheese grater, towels & access to clubhouse for workouts & pool! View of Bear Lake is amazing. Host was easy to get a hold of, and communicated about access for gates etc. Private beach access was wonderful as well. Honestly, can’t say enough good!

Youth winter retreat

We had a very nice stay. The house is beautiful with beautiful views especially with the snow. The house is very spacious accommodate large group. However, I didn’t realize it didn’t have couches or sofas in the living room so lookout for that if you want comfortable couches. Also, the clubhouse was closed due to maintenance and we were very disappointed that we didn’t get some kind of refund since we reserved this house and paid mainly for the clubhouse. I’d say this house is worth it but only if the clubhouse was open.

Unlike most homes that sleep 30 but can only seat 10–12 for meals, our dining area comfortably seats all 30 guests at once around two large, beautifully crafted hickory dining tables. This makes shared meals, celebrations, and family gatherings easy and enjoyable.

The layout allows everyone to gather together while still offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged for both adults and children, allowing families and multi-household groups to stay comfortably without feeling crowded.
