The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals, with seating available at both the kitchen counter and dining table. The living room offers a cozy space to unwind, complete with a pull-out couch for additional sleeping accommodations and garden views that bring the outdoors in.

Step outside to the covered patio, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The villa features two well-appointed bedrooms: the primary suite includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with both a full bed and a twin bed—ideal for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo ensures everyone has space to refresh. Linens are provided for your stay, though we recommend bringing your own beach towels.

On arrival we found the property clean and well stocked with a wide variety of kitchen utensils. Back deck was spacious and comfortable. Would definately return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a peaceful area of Shipyard. It was nice to have parking just outside the front door. Two beach cruiser bikes were provided and it was just a 5-minute bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Access which was really convenient. We opted to drive our car a couple of times and the parking pass was really nice to allow us to park close to the beach access to be able to haul our beach gear. We also loved the close proximity to the pool which was just a 3-minute walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated that this property was pet friendly. Advance communication was great. We would rent from this management company again.

In a quiet neighborhood and on the golf course, it had beautiful views and a very cozy environment. The house is comfy, well-equipped, very clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer (not mentioned in the list of amenities). Great customer service and communication from rental management. Would highly recommend this villa!

So much attention to detail and decor. Guest toiletries, delightful towel sculptures, and more kitchen accessories than most well-stocked homes. Top of the line stoneware, glassware and appliances. Sturdy, solid wood furnishings and comfy crisp bedrooms, spotless bathrooms with cabinets, tub, walk-in shower and dryers. Thoughtfully laid out. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, afford privacy and separate spaces for downtime after walking the paved trails, biking throughout the island, hanging by the pool and visits to the beach, literally only minutes away. Watch golfers on the fairway from the veranda. Palmetto views out every glorious window. And count on the back deck being cleared off by the maintenance staff before you arrive. Perfection!Always felt connected since management company facilitated dialogue before, during and after booking.

Pro's - Spacious unit and tastefully decorated. Con's - I don't want this posted, but we killed 3 roaches. Also, the filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced. There was noise from the unit above us. It sounded like a herd of elephants were running across the floor.
