Built for easy indoor-outdoor living, the home features a clean mid-century modern aesthetic with polished concrete floors, rich native wood finishes, and oversized glass doors that open wide to a lush courtyard and private pool terrace.

Inside, the open-concept living area is filled with natural light and stylish, comfortable furnishings. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and centered around a large island — perfect for gathering, cooking, or enjoying a casual morning coffee. Just beyond, the bar window connects to the outdoor lounge, creating a seamless flow from kitchen to cocktails.

Step outside and you’ll find a shaded terrace with a 10-person teak dining table, outdoor fans to keep things cool, and plenty of lounge seating to relax after a beach day. The landscaped yard is filled with palms and tropical grasses, plus there’s an outdoor shower and a foot rinse station — a thoughtful touch when returning from the sand.

At the heart of it all is the private pool, 1.45 meters deep with easy step-in access. Whether you’re swimming by day or soaking in the glow of the pool lights at night, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful vibe.

For guests who want an easy way and convenient way to get around Playa Grande, we offer a 6-seater golf cart available for rent — perfect for quick trips to the beach, restaurants, or shops. If you're in the mood to explore a bit further, we also have two mountain bikes available for rent. And for some fun in the waves, two high-quality boogie boards are also available to rent.

In the main house:

In the detached guest home:
