Accommodating up to 8 guests, the retreat is ideal for families or small groups. The spacious downstairs living area features a stunning open-plan design with polished concrete floors and a wood fire, perfect for cozy evenings. The upstairs sitting area with a TV offers a comfortable spot to curl up and enjoy a movie. There is also a covered outdoor sitting area with a wood fire, providing an ideal space to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beautiful views. The property boasts a private dam where you can feed the fish, a playground for the little ones, and a golf par-3 driving range and outdoor badminton court for those looking to unwind and have fun.
 
The retreat’s layout includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs, you’ll find a luxurious 1-bedroom suite with an ensuite featuring a spa bath and sauna, offering the ultimate relaxation experience. A queen bedroom with its own private bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a single bunk, comfortably sleeping up to four guests, with its own bathroom for added convenience.

Built with passive solar design principles, it offers a sustainable and eco-friendly environment that enhances both comfort and tranquility.
 
Linen and towels are provided and laundered, with additional amenities including dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, and serviettes. A washing machine with detergent is also available should the need arise.
