Family-friendly.
With three bedrooms, and spacious open plan living flowing onto a private terrace and grassed area, this villa is ideal for families or small groups.

Outdoor space.
The villa opens onto a tranquil, private terrace and grassed outdoor area with BBQ, dining table and outdoor lounge. Perfect for relaxing, lazing in the outdoors and getting together with family and friends.

Pool.
Guests have access to the La Bella Water’s pool and cabana area. (This is for exclusive use of guests staying at one of the eight La Bella Waters Villas)

Bedrooms.
The master bedroom (upstairs) is enormous, has a king bed, ensuite with bath, and stunning views. Bedroom two (upstairs) and Bedroom three (downstairs) have king beds which can be split into king singles. We can provide two single sofa beds suitable for children and complimentary portacot and high chair (by request). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, walk in robes, wall-mounted smart TV’s, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private balconies or patio areas with seating. Ideal for enjoying some space and time to yourself.

Kitchen and Indoor Living space.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. The spacious open plan living area with generous lounge seating is great for relaxing. Starlink internet is also provided.

Convenience.
Located on the tranquil northern end of the island, a lithium battery-powered buggy makes getting around the island a breeze. Sunsets at One Tree Hill, restaurants, beaches and attractions are all short walk or buggy ride away.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
