Location.
When it comes to convenience, the location of this apartment is hard to beat. You're just a short walk to all the great cafes, shops and restaurants on Front Street, and a short buggy ride to the rest of the island.

Views.
Bi-fold doors open right back to transform this apartment into an open planned alfresco entertaining area overlooking the Marina.

Rooms.
There are three bedrooms. The master suite opens up onto the covered verandah with an ensuite, walk-in robe and daybed. The ensuite has a huge spa with views, and on cooler days, heat lamps in the bathrooms keep it cosy. The second bedroom features a king bed and the third bedroom includes two singles and a travel cot if needed.

Kitchen.
A sophisticated state-of-the-art chef's kitchen with Miele appliances makes dining-in a pleasure.

Family-friendly.
With plenty of living spaces and three large bathrooms, this apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Pool and spa.
There is a private plunge pool (not heated) on the deck, as well as a spa in the master bathroom.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
