The layout was great for all 7 members of our family that included a 2 year old. We loved access to our own private beach area just steps from the back steps. The check in process was perfect-contactless-perfect for our late arrival due to flight. We appreciated the credit for beach gear and it was delivered as promised. We had no issues with rental but quick responses for any question I had prior to our arrival. We never reached the pool because the beach was fabulous. The only thing we would have changed is how long we stayed. We are already planning our summer vacation.

Thank you so much for the glowing 5-star review! Hosting three generations—especially with a two-year-old in tow—is truly special, and we are thrilled that the home’s layout gave all seven of you plenty of space to relax. We know how exhausting travel days and late flight arrivals can be, so hearing that the contactless check-in was seamless and that your beach gear delivery arrived right on cue means the world to our team. Having private sand just steps from the back stairs makes it hard to leave the shoreline, even with the pool right there! We would love nothing more than to welcome your family back for an even longer stay this summer.

This is a very nice property. Unfortunately we had bulldozers right in front of the house the entire time. The bright lights and constant beeping definitely made it hard to sleep. The property was clean and renting beach equipment from the VayKay partner was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again as long as the beach construction is finished.

Thank you for your generous 4-star rating and for your kind comments regarding the property. We are so glad to hear you found the condo very nice and clean! It's also wonderful that you found the VayKay equipment rental convenient—we value our partners! We read your note about the bulldozers, bright lights, and constant beeping with sincere regret. Please accept our deepest apologies for the disruption this caused to your peace and sleep. As we noted in the listing description and reiterated in our pre-arrival messaging, this beach restoration work is being managed by the County and unfortunately, it is completely out of our control. We are actively monitoring the work schedule and timeline and strive to communicate potential disruptions as soon as we are informed. We completely understand why the temporary construction hampered your experience. We are truly thrilled to hear that you would stay here again once the work is finished! We look forward to welcoming you back when the beach is pristine and the area is peaceful once more.

Lovely spot and the beach is right out the back door! Unit was light and bright, we loved the screened in porch, and the whole vibe put us on island time. Everything we needed was included, but as the owner clearly communicated to us, there are no food products of any kind in the house, so if you're going to cook you'll need to bring everything yourself (including basics like salt and oil) and things are very expensive on the islands - we put in a grocery order at Target and picked it up on our way from the airport, which worked well. Also this place is not part of the resort it's located near/in, so the big pool/arcade are not part of the rental - but you're probably here for the beach anyway!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m thrilled to hear that the "island vibe" took hold and that you enjoyed the light, bright space and that wonderful screened-in porch. There is nothing quite like having the beach right out your back door to truly put you on island time! At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, so I’m very glad our communication regarding the pantry helped you prepare. Your tip about the Target grocery pickup on the way from the airport is fantastic advice for future guests looking to save time and money. I also appreciate you clarifying the resort access for others. While our guests enjoy the quiet beauty of the beach and the condo's own amenities, you’re exactly right—most of our guests are here for that direct Gulf access and the peaceful atmosphere! It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back to your "lovely spot" on the beach again soon!
