Jamaica Royale's private BEACH FRONT community is just steps away from the soft white quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach which has been voted #1 beach in the USA year after year! Enjoy beach, pool and sunsets from the huge balcony (like no other on the key) of this 4th floor, beautifully decorated with a coastal look, two bedroom, two bath unit. Granite counter tops in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and three flat screen TVs. Jamaica Royale has three heated freshwater pools, one of which overlooks the beach. This unit is spotless and has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach.

Great location with a gulf view and private beach access, but only a couple minutes walk down to the public access portion. Free beach chairs were a bonus. Quick drive to Siesta Key Village and grocery shopping. Excellent communication with our host and we were very happy with our stay.

Great condo! Very clean and comfortable. The owner was super nice and stayed in contact. My only concern was that the bedrooms were not as cool as the rest of the condo. Overall this was a great location and very good value.

Wow! Beautifully decorated, well appointed condo with a lovely view of the ocean. Amy is a gracious host, great communication and very accommodating. The ONLY reason I have the check in process 4 stars was we had a little hiccup at check in due to an issue with the electronic keyless entry. This was NOT Amy’s fault and when I reached out, God love her she was on top of it. She quickly arrived at the condo to let us in, ran to the hardware store to get us an emergency key “just in case” literally bending over backwards to ensure all well well the rest of our trip. Great communication both before and during our stay. This was our first visit to Siesta Key. It is now our favorite beach location and when we return we will without hesitation be staying with Amy. Highly recommend this property as well as the sweet host!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this sunny condo. The warm pools and proximity to the gorgeous private beach allowed us the relaxation we were so hoping for on our vacation. The condo itself was clean and offered plenty of room for our family. The large outdoor balcony had a lovely view of the beach and was our favorite place to unwind after a day of sun and an evening in the village. We would highly recommend!
