The Space:

Welcome to this charming beachside retreat, tucked away in a peaceful backstreet of Coolum Beach. Step inside to find a cosy living area filled with coastal charm, featuring a daybed, an occasional chair, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan.



Beyond the living space, the open-plan kitchen and dining area await, seating six guests. The retro kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, stovetop, and microwave—perfect for home-cooked meals. Bedrooms one and three are located to the left of the kitchen and dining area, while bedroom two is positioned on the right.



Outside, a spacious, grassy backyard invites relaxation and play. Enjoy alfresco dining in the undercover patio area, complete with a BBQ and fresh sea breezes. The fully fenced yard provides a secure space for dogs and is perfect for backyard games with the whole family.



Bedroom One:

The main bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, wardrobe cupboard, access to the two-way bathroom, and a ceiling fan.



Bathroom One/Laundry (Two-way bathroom):

The combined bathroom and laundry area offers a vanity, shower, and amenities including a top loader washing machine and cleaning equipment. Plus a separate toilet.



Bedroom Two:

Furnished with a comfortable king bed, this room has a ceiling fan, wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom.



Bathroom Two (ensuite):

This ensuite bathroom features a vanity, toilet and shower.



Bedroom Three:

This bedroom features two single beds, a wardrobe cupboard, a ceiling fan and is adjacent to bathroom 1.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard. There is space to park two cars on the driveway and street parking for any additional cars you may have.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the beautiful backstreets of Coolum Beach. While the backstreets offer a quieter atmosphere, you'll still be within walking distance of the patrolled beach and Coolum Surf Club (10min walk), plus Coles & Dan Murphy's, and other local amenities are a 3min drive away. Whether you choose to sink your toes into the golden sands of Coolum Beach or decide to conquer the infamous Mount Coolum climb, there is so much beauty to be explored. The beachside town of Coolum is located almost halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads and is a lovely location to spend time with family and friends. Fringed by grassy beachfronts, family-friendly parks, and glassy waters, your days in Coolum will be filled with soaking up the great outdoors.



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 11-minute (800m) walk to Yandina Coolum Rd near Park Crt where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound) and the Airport and Maroochydore (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
