The Space:
Welcome to this pet-friendly apartment in Coolum Beach, where you can enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing and the stunning sea glimpses. As you step inside, you'll encounter two of the three bedrooms, one featuring a cosy double bed and the other a comfortable queen. Further along, you'll discover the family bathroom with a shower, relaxing bath, and a separate toilet, accompanied by an adjacent laundry room. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for socialising with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, whilst offering a lovely view of the shared complex garden. The dining table seats six, while the living room boasts a spacious 4-seater sofa, an inviting occasional chair, air conditioning, and a smart TV for your relaxation and entertainment. The lovely master bedroom, located at the far end of the apartment, is complete with a queen bed, and a walk-in wardrobe that seamlessly flows into the ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and even a dedicated work-from-home desk. The sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom lead out to the balcony, where you can enjoy sea glimpses and beautiful breezes. The balcony space features an outdoor table for six, Weber BBQ, and a hanging chair, nestled amidst the leafy garden creating a serene and welcoming outdoor area.

This apartment is located 800m from the Coolum Beach esplanade that is filled with bustling shops, cafes, restaurants and the Coolum Beach Surf Club. The beautiful 'First Bay' is a short 450m walk away and is a secluded, private cove in Coolum (un-patrolled). Coolum Beach is a patrolled beach, located approximately 900m away and is a great spot for swimming, surfing or paddle boarding. Fringed by grassy beachfronts, family-friendly parks, and glassy waters, your days in Coolum will be filled with soaking up the sun and great outdoors.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 4 minute walk to David Low Way (Wilkinson Park bus stop) where bus services are available and operate to Noosa (northbound) and Maroochydore (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
