- A fishing and swimming dock is available for guest use and is located just a short walk north down the hill from the fire pit
- The water level on Lake Hamilton is controlled by Entergy and is lowered in the fall when time changes and raised in the spring. At the dock the spring/summer water level is about 7' and the fall/winter water level is about 4'
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior front entry, and cameras 2 and 3 are in the treeline facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
