Interior Highlights
The open-concept common area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The living room features a large sectional and TV, while the dining space has a table that seats 10, with room for 12 using extra chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with seating for 8, a coffee station, and a wine bar with an additional fridge—perfect for hosting and enjoying your stay.

• SE Master Suite: King bed, TV, large closet, dresser, private bathroom with double vanity and shower stall, and sliding doors to a covered back porch with beach views.

• NW King Suite: King bed, TV, closet, dresser, private bathroom with shower-tub combo, and Gulf views.
• W Queen Suite: Queen bed, TV, closet, dresser, private bathroom with shower-tub combo.
• NE Bunk Room: Three full-over-full bunk beds, TV, closet, arcade machine, and Gulf views.
A shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo is conveniently located next to the bunk room.

Outdoor Features
The covered back porch offers a spacious outdoor living and dining area, complete with a grill for al fresco meals. Just steps from the porch, the private heated saltwater pool provides a luxurious swimming experience—it is gentler on skin and eyes than traditional chlorine pools.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

The bayfront location features a private beach on the Sound, perfect for families with young children. The calm, shallow waters are free from rip currents and hazardous marine life, making it ideal for safe swimming and play.

For those looking to enjoy the Gulf side beaches, they are just a 1-minute walk away. Simply head down the driveway, cross Bienville Blvd, and follow Veritas Ct to the sandy shoreline.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
