Just off the living room is a dining area with dining table and chairs. One slider in the dining area leads to the screened-in porch and the other leads to the large, brand new deck.

The kitchen is just off the dining area. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless appliances including a solid surface range, dishwasher, refrigerator and drip coffeemaker.

Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.

An open staircase leads from the kitchen to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a queen. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

A/C: Four window air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Washer and dryer in the unfinished basement.

Relax and unwind on the screened-in porch--a wonderful spot for your morning coffee or a new bestseller. The wooded backyard has a picnic table, a large deck and an enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy an afternoon in the yard, nap in the hammock and grill up dinner on the charcoal grill.

Short drive to Truro and Provincetown for more fun and adventure.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
