The three bedrooms (2 Kings, and one bedroom with 2 Twin beds) as well as 2 full bathrooms vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy and Del Prado Blvd. with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you would like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 15minutes to Matlacha, 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 35 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very bright vacation home with the added entertainment option of a foosball table.
Pearl features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and plenty of sliders going out to the patio and pool.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
