-1 assigned covered parking space that can fit up to two mid-size vehicles (6'10" clearance)

-Additional vehicles will need to use nearby off-street parking or buy a daily pass at Tiki Gardens in Indian Shores

-Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, and RVs are NOT allowed to be parked on the property!



*** Note that private access to the second-floor suite is via 2 short flights of stairs at the back exterior hallway of the lower unit or externally via the elevator.
