Guest access
Our guests will have full access to the entire main house plus the entire guest house, except below:

No garage access, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the driveway.
No master walk-in closet access, but there are two closets that may be used for the guests, one is near the master bedroom's entrance, and one is located in the master bedroom's library.

Other things to note
There is a huge built-in bunk bed in one of the main house's bedrooms. Kids love to sleep there but for safety reasons, we don't recommend our guests to climb up there.

There is also a secret hideaway for kids in the game room, but due to the limited air circulation, we also don't recommend our guests let their children hide or sleep there.

Additional rules
Only small parties/events with limited guest headcount are allowed with permission from the hosts prior to booking. We expect our guests to treat our home as like your own home with respect and care. Please no smoking nor any other drug use. Please no pets are allowed inside both the main house and the guest house.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to the COVID-19, after re-opening, we have been taking great precautions to ensure our precious guests will have the safest environment by sanitizing our entire villa with Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) fogger/spray and also UV lights to kill COVID-19 viruses, bacteria, and germs, prior our precious guests' check-ins and after their check-outs. In return, we kindly request all of our guests to follow the new VRBO and Santa Clara County new rules and regulations by keeping social distancing during their entire stay. All the guests should only be their own family members who have already been interactive. Also, all the guests must be healthy prior to and during their check-in to our villa. Thanks for your understanding. We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during this time.

Also, we have recently added an outdoor spa and outdoor shower on the top of the hill to capture the dramatic view. Due to our design of the landscape, the roadway is sloppy to the spa and the shower areas which are not recommended for children and elderly. Also, due to the steam and water, the area can be very slippery. Please ask the owner for the rules and regulations if you and your loved ones are planning to use them.
