Needed to stay here as there was damage to our own home. This was a decent house, had almost all the amenities and appliances we needed. No garbage bin, only had mugs that held 6oz of liquid.Terrible location. Busy area and extremely noisy from the highway.Lots of ants. I had to buy bait stations because the host never followed up.After extending our stay another week, the new door code didn't work. We didn't get a working code till that evening.We needed to extend our stay another week, and were trying to pay and get a new door code, but we were told that we needed to vacate the property with less than 24 hours notice. They let us stay one more night. The phone number never worked to contact the host.I do not recommend this property or rental company.

Nevertheless, as part of our commitment to guest satisfaction, we proactively scheduled an additional pest control service on February 17 to further ensure your comfort. Regarding the door code, our team responded as quickly as possible once all standard procedures were completed, including payment confirmation and the required guest identification verification for the reservation extension. These measures are essential to ensure the safety and security of all guests and it did not depend on us only. Throughout your stay, our team remained fully available and made multiple efforts to assist and communicate with you through all available channels. Providing real-time support is a priority for us, and we ensured you had continuous access to our assistance. For these reasons, we were absolutely surprised by your 2 star review, as it does not reflect the level of responsiveness, care, and service consistently provided during your stay. It is also important to note the review doesn’t reflect the satisfaction you mentioned when you requested to extend your stay on move again. My husband and I needed a place to stay while our house was being refurbished from water damage. The house was decent and had almost all the amenities and appliances we needed. There was no garbage bin and they only had mugs that held 6oz of liquid, so that's the most coffee you could make at one time with the keurig.The location is terrible. Without traffic, it's about 25 minutes from the disney parks, but if you're going in at 8am, or coming back at 5pm, it can take 40 to 50 minutes.If you're a light sleeper, you'll want to avoid this location, or bring good earplugs. The house is less than 100 yards from a stoplight on highway 27, so we heard noisy trucks and sirens from the fire station a couple miles away all day and night.We saw lots of ants upon check in, all over the kitchen and master bathroom, coming from tiny holes in the wall. We immediately tried to contact the number for the host, "At Home Vacation Rentals," but they never picked up or responded to any texts. We couldn't get a hold of any person over the phone any time we tried during our stay. Someone finally contacted me over the vrbo app. They claimed that there was no sign of insects at their pre check in inspection. They told me that someone from maintenance would contact me, but no one ever followed up. I finally bought bait stations and put them up around the house. This got rid of most of the ants, but we would still see a few every
