Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse with 3 full baths, on a wide canal with a 23 foot boat slip. Each bedroom has it own separate bathroom. There is a half bath on the main floor. Townhouse is located midtown off of 116th street. Your are in walking distance to restaurants and shopping if you don't want to drive. Easy walk to the beach. There are 3 decks, one off of the first floor bedroom, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Enjoy your coffee on the deck watching the sunrise or with a cocktail in the evening watching the sun set. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
