The Bears Den @ Spring Brook Resort

Enjoy the simple luxuries of home in this completely updated four bedroom, two bathroom ranch home. The Bears Den is located in a quaint community within minutes of everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer! Relax in the peaceful, spacious private yard after a long day of having a blast at the waterparks. The home has a large deck with ambient lighting, patio table and chairs, both gas and charcoal grills, game box with yard games, and a well-lit fire pit for your evening s'mores. The Bears Den sleeps a maximum of 10 people.

Step inside to find a bright and airy open concept foyer and living room where a large sectional sofa, 65" TV and electric fireplace are located, perfect for evening movie nights. The living room opens into the kitchen and dining room which has seating for eight, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar area. The dining room has a seasonal gas fireplace that adds charm, ambiance and plenty of coziness to the space. The kitchen features full size appliances, including a dishwasher, along with a drip coffee maker, French press, espresso maker, k-cups, electric kettle, blender, and toasters. A large utility room with washer, dryer and complimentary starter laundry detergent packets make your stay even more convenient and comfortable!

In the primary bedroom you will find a king size bed, streaming TV, a twin bunk bed in the shape of a tree house perfect for the kiddos, and a small office workspace with a desk and chair. The bunk beds are recommended for small children only. The bedroom connects to the master bathroom where there is a roomy soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual sinks - starter shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a hairdryer are provided. The three additional bedrooms share the second full bathroom and all have streaming TVs. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third and fourth each have queen size beds. High speed complimentary fiber Wi-Fi is provided.

The Bears Den is a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. This home is pet friendly – pet fee of $75 + tax per dog, maximum of two dogs - sorry, no cats allowed. One large dog kennel and food and water bowl are provided. Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
