Spend quality time with your loved ones while grilling out on the gas and charcoal grills or roasting marshmallows by the campfire in the private backyard. The home sleeps a maximum of 12 guests and is perfect for your Wisconsin Dells getaway!

This split ranch home features a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room area with vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace. The four seasons sun room has plenty of seating and large windows to enjoy the sunshine and views of the surrounding woods! It also has a coffee bar - enjoy your morning cup of joe while listening to the birds singing outside the window. The kitchen is well stocked and comes with full size appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining room area has a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar and the adjacent sun room. The home offers complimentary premium Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, and has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds and TVs. There is an additional bathroom with a shower tub combo right down the hall for added convenience. The roomy laundry room with a washer and dryer opens up into the powder room.

Head down into the basement where you will find 2 living rooms with board games, 2 TVs, a bar, a theater room and four futons. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and features a king bed and a TV. A third bathroom is located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower.

Prairie Dust is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. The home sleeps a maximum of 12; rates are based on 8 people over the age of 3. After 8 guests, an additional guest fee of $15 per person per night applies. Holidays require a $250 Security Deposit.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
