Bei einem Besuch in Hilton Head stehen viele Mietobjekte zur Auswahl. Unsere Villa befindet sich im Palmetto Dunes Resort und wir bieten erschwingliche Preise, mit denen unsere Gäste ihren Urlaub sparen können, während sie die wunderschöne Landschaft des Golfplatzes Fazio und die malerische Lagunenlandschaft genießen.

Unser St. Andrews Anwesen befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Shelter Cover Marina in der Mitte der Insel und ist daher für alle Aktivitäten sehr gut zugänglich. Ein paar Meter von unserer Villa entfernt befindet sich ein großer Pool mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Wir sind weniger als zwei Minuten vom Strand und der Tennisanlage entfernt, so dass Sie bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto zu den gewünschten Aktivitäten gelangen.

Unsere erstklassigen und dennoch erschwinglichen Unterkünfte verfügen über ein abgesenktes Wohnzimmer mit Kathedralendecken, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen großen HD-Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und einen Blu-ray-Player. Wir bieten eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstücksbar und angrenzendem Essbereich. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen Flachbild-HD-TV. Eine Wendeltreppe führt zum zweiten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, eigenem Bad und einem HD-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt eine eigene Waschküche mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Französisch Türen im Wohnzimmer öffnen sich zu einem ruhigen, Außendeck. Und natürlich hat die Villa einen gesicherten Internetzugang.

Unsere Villa bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie für einen fantastischen Urlaub benötigen. Der weltberühmte Strand ist nur wenige Minuten von unserer Villa entfernt. Bringen Sie Fahrräder mit oder leihen Sie sie aus und in zwei Minuten fahren Sie auf dem Sand.

Palmetto Dunes ist ein wunderschönes Resort, das Radfahren, Tennis, Golf, Kajakfahren, Shopping und großartige Restaurants bietet. Gehen Sie über die Straße zum berühmten Shelter Cove Harbour und beobachten Sie während der Sommersaison jeden Dienstag das Feuerwerk. Der kostenlose Transport innerhalb von Palmetto Dunes und Shelter Cove ist nur einen Anruf vom "Dunes Buggy" entfernt (normalerweise vom 1. April bis 1. September).

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay in St. Andrews Commom. We have been staying in the area the last 8-9 years and this place will be on the top of our list. Very easily to communicate with the owners. It’s just a nice comfortable place to call home for a week. We’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful! The villa was perfect for our girls get away.

I have only ever stayed in Palmetto Dunes and the villa didn't disappoint! Very clean and spacious. The owners were fabulous and so understanding of a little complication that we had. It was a perfect place for a perfect girls trip. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

This was a great place to gather the family for Thanksgiving. The villa was super clean with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and made Thanksgiving dinner a breeze to prepare. My oldest daughter is already asking when we are going to meet back in Hilton Head again. The area was beautiful, with easy access to the beach. Definitely a 5 Star vacation!

Perfectly suited to our needs!

Had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head! Loved the villa, especially the kitchen! The Kellys’ attentiveness and attention to detail were outstanding. Leading up to and throughout our trip, Maryellen was so helpful with restaurants, points of interest, attractions, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

We were so pleased with the property, the cleanliness of the area and villa.

The villa was so nice, the upgraded kitchen was awesome. Never had an issue with parking availability whenever we returned from shopping or golf. The villa was easy to find and so comfortable. It was great working with the owners and never had to inquire about anything after arriving, everything was covered. We would absolutely stay there again.

The Condo was perfect! We were there for my daughters college graduation! The location was great and I can’t brag enough on Maryellen Kelly! She responded and helped us with everything we needed! If you want a great VRBO experience, I highly recommend her and this awesome place!

Perfect Accomodations Palmetto Dunes

This was the perfect place for our quick weekend to Hilton Head. Easy communications with the owners, everything we needed was there. The Dune Buggy service was great and we could not have had a better place to stay! Great hosts who answered our questions and made themselves available throughout the trip call/text/or email. Great Affordable Villa

We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days over the holidays. Villa was clean and tidy with everything needed. I will agree with other reviews that this is a great villa for families with kids but due to the loft being the second bedroom this may not work for 2 couples. Both the master and loft are large and each have their own bath. We would definitely stay again.
