The house was in a great location to the mountain for skiing. It was excellent cleanliness and it provided lots of bedrooms for my entire family and an extra bonus feature was a very cool shuffleboard table in the basement.

Responsive hosts! Relaxing and very clean home! A few initial hiccoughs with the heating temperature and beeping smoke detectors. However, hosts tended to problems immediately. I appreciated their attention and concern.

Great house for a ski trip!

Really nice and perfectly located house for a ski getaway weekend. The basement has plenty of games and activities to pass the time. there was also a fireplace inside and firepit outside. Plenty of beds and bathrooms too, which is good for a group of friends. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was great!

The house felt bigger than the pictures depicted! Clean, comfy, beautiful home and setting. There's two bonus bedrooms in the basement that are not listed. One has a double bed and the other a trundle (2 twins), that was a nice surprise so our family could spread out a little more.

Exactly what we wanted!

This fabulous house comes with everything you need for a relaxing, mountainside stay! We had my parents and our two kids (ages 7 and 9) and everyone was happy! The house is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to entertain yourself! Our only “complaint” is that you can’t open the windows so you might want to pack some box fans if you need the air moving when you sleep! We highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

Quick New Years Eve get away

Beautiful home near Belleayre ski mountain!

We had such a great stay. The house exceeded our expectations - I love to cook on ski trips and the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked, it had every thing we needed. The living room was a great family room, fireplace was so cozy. The rooms were all very nice, master bath was a hit with the hot rainfall shower after a long day of skiing. Betty knew we were getting snow and was very attentive, made sure we were all clear. . Thank you! We will be back again!

We loved the house. It is clean and comfortable, the photos match the house. The kitchen has just about anything you might need to make meals. It is on a very quiet road, and there is plenty of hiking nearby.Our only complain deals with communicating with the management company. I sent a message through VRBO, and never received a response. I emailed Evolve. They took over 24 hours to respond, and told me to send a message through VRBO. I told them I tried that already. 8 was VERY disappointed and concerned about what would happen if we had a problem after we arrived. They finally gave me the phone number and email Address of the local contact. I think she works for the cleaning company. We did contact her after we arrived. She was quick to respond. She also had the owner of the property contact us because we were having a problem with a water leak in the primary bathroom. They were pleasant and easy to work with.We loved the house and the location and would like to renturn, however, I would be VERY hesitant to book a house managed by Evolve again. It’s truly a shame.
