If you’re looking for the ideal family vacation spot at the world-famous Mount Maunganui Beach, look no further than Oceanbeach Stay. This large, immaculately presented 4-bedroom and 2-bathroom home sleeps up to ten and is the perfect retreat for lazy days on the beach.
The Space:
**Maximum of 6 adults at this property unless prior approval **
Our fully renovated, clean and comfortable house is ideally located between Mount Main Town, Bayfair Shopping Mall and Mercury Baypark keeping you close to the action yet just far enough out from the ‘hustle and bustle’ for a quiet night's sleep.
Beach access is right next door and just up from the patrolled Omanu Surf Club for a guaranteed safe swim. The Omanu shops featuring café, dairy, takeaways and even a wine bar are a short stroll from the front door.
This bach is great for a holiday with the immediate or extended family with two rooms upstairs and two downstairs, each level having its own full bathroom with large showers and separate toilets. Let the kids roam free as the back yard is completely closed off and secure. The property also boasts a large deck with BBQing, dining and lounging facilities and a small view to the ocean. All your modern comforts are catered for like air-conditioning in the living area, a TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen plus a separate laundry. Free WiFi and parking on-site complete the package. We look forward to hosting you soon!

- Rubbish & recycling removal.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
