Key Collection:

After-hours arrivals are available via a secure lockbox at the arcade-side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or on The Weekend will receive their lockbox access code on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).

Guests will enjoy private access to the entire first-floor unit.



Building Access:

Secure entrance door.

Convenient lift access directly to your floor.



Parking:

Two car space tandem security parking is provided on-site.



Key Collection:

Handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.

For arrivals outside of office hours or on a Sunday, a lock box code will be sent on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).

Wi-Fi: Please note, Wi-Fi is not included with this property.

Building Maintenance Advisory: From Monday, October 13, 2025, building maintenance works will commence on-site for approximately 12 weeks, with a scheduled break over the Christmas period (December 19 to January 5). During this time, you may experience construction noise and dust from activities such as drilling, demolition, and earthmoving.



Interaction with Guests:

As key collection is via a lock box for self-check-in, host interaction will be minimal, allowing guests maximum privacy. However, we are available by phone or message should you require any assistance during your stay.
