PARKING
There is covered garage parking for one vehicle on the ground floor. Additional parking is available on the roadside in front of the apartment building, though this area is typically very busy.
KEYS/ACCESS
A lock box with your keys is located at the apartment. The code to access the lock box will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
AIR CONDITIONING
The apartment has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area. It is a large unit that can effectively cool the entire apartment, both bedrooms are equipped with fans.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.
LIVING AND DINING
The lounge has a smart TV for you to access all of your favourite streaming services.
The interior dining table seats 4 guests
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and other essentials for preparing your meals.

The apartment also has a laundry with a washing machine / dryer combo for your use. Please note, we do not supply laundry detergent or powder.
STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) as a start-up to your stay. After that, you will need to purchase your own supplies. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc. All linen is provided, and we use a Premium Linen Service.

Upon booking, we will request details about your group and trip to the coast. We value the well-being of our property and neighbours. If we receive reports of parties, events, functions, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and may ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
CLEANING CHARGES
The cleaning charge for your stay is based on a normal clean. If guests leave garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smells, or other damages, additional cleaning and replacement costs will apply.
