This end unit, first-floor condo has been completely remodeled and renovated after recent hurricanes - and it's more beautiful and better than ever before!

Decorated in a fresh, coastal theme, it's bright, uncluttered, and thoughtfully appointed for you and your guests. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo has over 700 square feet, sleeping up to 4 guests and features:

Bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, Roku with Xfinity Stream cable (guest must provide their own log-in for subscription-based channels,) and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower.

One assigned parking space, with additional parking on a 1st come,1st serve basis. RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Please note: This is a first-floor unit, however, there are a few low steps that lead to the front door.



This waterfront community is located on the highly desired south end of Estero Island. Within the community you'll find a heated pool with sundeck, sun loungers, BBQ grill, tables and chairs for gathering with new friends - all along a wide canal where you can see boats of all kind heading to the Gulf and nearby marina. A short walk to the west will have you at the island's CVS drugstore and the newly restored Santini Plaza, where new shops, farmer's market and more are beginning to open. Across Estero Boulevard you'll find 7 miles of our white sandy beach, dazzling Gulf waters and sunsets you'll remember long after your time in Southwest Florida has come to an end. (Public beach access is just under a mile from the condo.)



When you aren't at the beach, Estero Island is home to local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. You're just a few minutes' drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach.



Take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!



Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!



This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.



No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.



No pets allowed.



Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hrs of check-in.
